Head of SEO

**YOUR IMPACT - YOUR ROLE**:
You want to make the difference and help us to scale all the Helpling brands across 8 markets? You are passionate about creating and implementing our SEO strategy and enjoy leading a small team to success? Than we are your perfect match
- You define the strategy and are responsible for implementing it.
- Your main goal will be to further increase Helplings organic growth on the german and other 7 international markets.
- You own the roadmap for on-page and off-page SEO.
- You grow, manage and support our small inhouse SEO team in their personal and professional development.
- You identify new SEO growth opportunities through SEO audits, SEO best practices and work closely with other departments like CRO and BI.
- You work closely with our local marketing team to ensure that best practices are implemented and that resources are used efficiently across all markets.
- You closely collaborate with our country teams to plan monthly targets and track monthly targets.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- You have successfully finished studies in the field of business, economics or marketing and gained at least 5 years of working experience in a SEO.
- You have a strong technical SEO background with profound operational SEO experience, ideally in e-commerce, 2-sided platform market or a highly competitive industry.
- You are a data driven decision maker with strong analytical skills and you are able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- You have a good understanding of websites, especially front-end technologies and their effects on SEO (HTML, CSS, JS, SSR/CSR).
- You have a deep understanding of SEO best practices and traffic analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
- Experiences with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Botify and Adwords are a plus.
- You are fluent in English and you are able to explain complex concepts to different business stakeholders. Fluent German is a plus.
- Your leadership style creates a trustful work environment, gives orientation and empowers people.
