Senior Graphic Designer for a Sustainability Saas

Design and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our sustainability solutions to a global audience for a fast-growing SaaS company._

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to evolve the visual identity of our fast-growing sustainability organisation. Already globally renowned as a frontrunner in decarbonising construction, this new role will help to take our brand to the next level. Alongside creating engaging visuals for print and digital media you will also oversee creative briefs for any outsourced work and ensure brand consistency across our visual communications. All while meeting tight deadlines and working closely with the wider team.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including digital design, brochures and event display graphics. Art direction experience is a strong bonus.

One Click LCA’s innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is used in over 140 countries and is growing rapidly. We target construction (where we are the global leader) and manufacturing verticals, responsible for nearly half of global carbon emissions.

You will join the global marketing function as part of our global brand and content team. You will join a supportive, effective and mission-oriented team in a flexible, friendly work environment, and have a great deal of autonomy in your role.

**What you’ll do**:

- Own all design projects, from conception to delivery. This role is mainly about hands-on execution, but may entail overseeing the work of freelancers to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
- Take ownership of project managing design projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Create or oversee the creation of original illustrations, infographics, data visualisations and motion graphics to bring complex concepts to a non-specialist audience.
- Share best practice guidance and support the team so they are empowered to handle minor design tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

**Essential requirements and skills**:

- Educated to degree level in design, visual communication or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ professional experience in branding, print and digital design.
- Portfolio of completed design projects.
- Strong Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma skills.
- Digital design - ability to create compelling ads, banners and social media content adhering to the brand guidelines.
- Ability to create - or brief and oversee the creation of - illustrations and infographics that convey complex concepts in an engaging way.
- Experience of publications layout design - for technical publications and events marketing collateral.
- Knowledge of the print process and setting up design for print.
- Experience of sourcing and briefing printers.
- Interest in sustainability and the desire to get up to speed with the organisation's core purpose, value proposition and central concepts.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team.
- Excellent attention to visual detail.
