Playing a crucial role in the smooth running of our business, you’ll support our forecasting and planning cycle. You’ll:

- Controlling the COGS expenditure across the brands
- Coordination of COGS budget planning/forecasting process
- Prepare financial KPIs and analysis monthly basis, give concrete recommendations for actions to business partners
- Provide COGS input to the new product launches
- Prepare monthly overview to supply team on inventory, obsolete provision and supply accrual levels, support the team to improve NWC
- Assist Gross Margin Improvement team on squeeze projects and help to improve the gross margin of brands
- Support supply team in order to control the inventory level and slow mover products
- Define the risks and opportunities for COGS and inform the GM & Supply Manager
- Prepare the gross margin variance analysis on monthly basis
- Ensure that transfer prices are in line with globally communicate transfer prices, review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies
- In charge of the product costing cycle within SAP
- Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues
- Follow up the COGS accruals in balance sheet and avoid any risks to income statement
- Analysis of bridge report from statutory accounts to management accounts

**You’ll succeed because**

you’ve experience in accounting or financial analysis. You:

- Have worked with general ledger and reporting systems and taken responsibility for planning and forecasting
- Thrive under pressure and hit tight deadlines
- Have a close attention to detail and your analytical mindset means you spot trends and anomalies others miss
- Have a minimum of 3 years work experience in Finance/Controlling, preferably in a fast moving environment
- have excellent communication skills in both speaking and writing in English, German is a plus
- Are a highly analytical self-starter, process driven and self-motivated
- Are a structured thinker with well-organizes working approach - but comfortable working in a highly dynamic and changing environment
- Most importantly, you’re an excellent communicator, able to influence others using facts and data.
