For our offices in Mannheim or Hamburg we are currently looking for an E-Business Specialist (d/f/m) for our Health and Medical business with strong brands like TENA and Leukoplast. The position is available on a temporary basis for approx. 1,5 years. Within this role you will be responsible for running the TENA Webshops in Germany and Austria and you will also activate and support our sales at External Online Stores (EOS) customers. In current market situation both our Webshop and EOS business show significant growth. **Your Role**: - You own and drive the local strategy and implementation of the TENA Webshops in Germany and Austria and are responsible for achievement of the net sales target, forecasting and the allocated budget - Conception, implementation and tracking of online marketing activities (e.g. promo newsletters, paid search campaigns, customer loyalty and new customer acquisition) for the TENA Webshops with management of the agencies - Expand strategic relationships with EOS customers together with your sales colleagues in Germany and Switzerland to build the Essity brands and secure profitable growth; You set up yearly plans for EOS activation and drive business targets and prepare customer visits - Propose and execute yearly promotional plan and assortment - Define the relevant KPIs, follow up, analyze performance and execute corrective actions where necessary - Ensure SEM for Webshops/EOS (SEO, PPC and Content) **You Identify Yourself With**: - Experience in webshop / EOS campaign management - Problem solving: ability to analyse issues and break them down into their components, make systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information - Understanding of technical and professional aspects of work and continually maintaining technical knowledge - Ability to develop innovative marketing approaches and enthusiastically capture the attention of the BtC target audience - Strong collaboration and influencing skills with internal teams and external partners, as well as analytical and conceptual skills - Fluent in written and spoken German and English **Our Benefits for You**: The benefits listed refer to the primary location.
