- und Bildungsverlage und entwickelt seit 1978 die bekannten grünen Wörterbücher und Sprachlernmaterialien. Das Unternehmen ist Teil einer Unternehmensgruppe, die mit ihren Bildungsangeboten jährlich etwa 1 Mrd. Euro Umsatz erwirtschaftet. Inzwischen bietet unser Partner auch ein breites Portfolio an digitalen Produkten an, wie ein kostenloses online Wörterbuch, einen online Vokabeltrainer, mobile Apps sowie einen Volltextübersetzer und Kamera-Translator, das von ca. 12 Mio. monatlichen User:innen genutzt wird.
- deine Aufgaben- weiterer strategischer Ausbau der digitalen Produktlandschaft in enger Kooperation mit dem Head of Product
- Führung des aktuell 7-köpfige Development-Teams fachlich und disziplinarisch (ca. 50/50), welches das Backend sämtlicher Anwendungen entwickelt
- Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Entwicklungspartner:innen
- Verantwortung für das 7-stellige Budget und Themen wie die Modernisierung von Legacy-Anwendungen
- Funktion als strategischer Sparringspartner für andere Unternehmensbereiche
- als Teil des Managements gestaltest du das Unternehmen aktiv mit
- Dein Profil- ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
- technischer Background und ein gutes Verständnis für Softwarearchitektur
- erste Führungserfahrungen
- betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation
- sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
