**What you will do**:

- **Legal Strategy**: Provide strategic legal counsel to the CEOs and leadership team, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- ** Team Leadership**: Manage and mentor a team of 6-8 legal professionals, promoting collaboration and high performance.
- ** Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts, intellectual property, employment, and regulatory compliance.
- ** Litigation Management**: Supervise litigation and work with external counsel.
- ** Compliance**: Develop and manage compliance programs, ensuring adherence to laws on anti-corruption, data privacy, antitrust, and more.
- ** Contracts & Agreements**: Lead contract negotiation and review to protect the company’s legal interests.
- ** Corporate Governance**: Oversee key policies and procedures to ensure strong ethical leadership and compliance with governance principles.

**Who we are looking for**:

- ** Legal Expertise**: Extensive experience in corporate law, litigation, compliance, risk management with a deep understanding of how legal strategies impact business operations.
- ** Proven Experience**: At least 12 years of legal experience, including 5 years in a senior in-house role with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
- ** Team Leadership**: A strong track record of leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams of legal professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and high performance.
- ** Business-Oriented Mindset**: A strategic, hands-on leader who influences and aligns legal strategies with business objectives and works closely with founders and C-Suite to drive success. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make smart, prioritized decisions to address high-impact legal issues.
- ** Effective Communicator**: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and across departments, ensuring clear and efficient legal counsel company wide.
