Technical Integration

The platform covers all activities related to holistic digital healthcare provision, from diagnosis with an online doctor to pharmaceutical advice and the medication, healthcare product or digital solution required.

The DocMorris healthcare platform is the market leader in online pharmacies and the leading provider of health tech solutions in the prescription process and telemedicine. DocMorris gives customers easy access to all healthcare services in one place.

**Tasks**:
**Seller Onboarding**:

- **Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and complete all necessary steps.**
- **Provide training and support to sellers on how to use our platform and integrate their CMS.**

**Integration Management**:

- **Manage the technical integration of various CMS (e.g., Magento, Shopware 6, Shopify) with our marketplace platform.**
- **Develop and implement integration solutions and scripts to streamline the onboarding process.**

**Technical Support**:

- **Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to seller integrations.**
- **Work closely with the technical team to address and solve any backend issues that impact seller performance and catalog management.**

**Documentation and Training**:

- **Create comprehensive documentation and guides for sellers to facilitate self-service onboarding and issue resolution.**
- **Conduct training sessions and webinars for sellers to improve their understanding of our integration processes and tools.**

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- **Act as a liaison between sellers, technical teams, and customer support to ensure clear communication and efficient problem resolution.**
- **Provide regular updates and feedback to internal teams on common seller issues and potential improvements to the integration process.**

**Performance Monitoring**:

- **Monitor the performance of integrated sellers to ensure they meet platform standards.**
- **Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization.**

**Strengths**:

- **A conversational level of English and German is mandatory**
- **Willingness to learn and not afraid to tackle new challenges.**:

- **Proven experience in e-commerce platforms or experience with any online platform.**:

- **Basic technical understanding with a strong desire to develop technical skills.**:
