Patent Specialist

**Your mission**:

- You will act as an interface between the technology experts and the patent attorney in demanding, varied R&D projects and represent the topic of patents;
- You are responsible for the support and administration of the patents;
- You actively promote the generation of inventions by organizing IP workshops and raise awareness of the topic of IP in the company;
- You carry out patent research and get an overview of the state of the art in order to identify relevant patent gaps and fill them, or to identify new technology trends and incorporate them into the innovation process;
- You bring the strategic-business, technical and patent-specific insights gained from project work into the creation of patent portfolio strategies.

**Our expectations**:

- You have successfully completed a master's degree in telecommunications or natural sciences;
- You are willing to familiarize yourself with a wide range of or newly emerging technical topics, especially in the telecommunications environment;
- You have discovered your passion for patent work and have gained initial experience in the patent system and technical environment, or have completed patent training;
- You have a structured way of working that allows you to keep an eye on both the details and the big picture;
- You think extremely analytically and have the ability to grasp complex issues quickly and communicate them in an understandable way;
- Core network and software related background skills would be considered a strong advantage;
- Very good written and spoken English skills; German skills will be considered an advantage.
