Fabletics is currently looking for a CRM Coordinator for Fabletics Europe in Berlin.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we're currently looking for a CRM Coordinator for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Berlin office.

How Do You Fit In?

This position reports to the Head of CRM.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Great campaign coordination skills with various stakeholders, located across the globe- A true attention to detail to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time and are delivering against their targets- Strong analytical skills to analyse past campaigns and influence future planning.

You should be able to think customer first. You thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members.

**Responsibilities**:
- You will be responsible for providing weekly and monthly reports for CRM activity as well as specific campaign performance analysis when required- You will suggest new tests and tactics based on segmentation, personalization, and customer insights to help improve performance**Required Skills**:
- 2+ years of CRM experience in a digital B2C business-
- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation techniques including A/B testing setup, list uploads, journey mapping, as well as the main KPIs- Knowledge in segmentation / targeting / personalization- Strong data analytics skills to understand and optimize the performance of our campaigns- You are organised and detail-oriented, a multi-tasker who thrives on working in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentWhat’s in it for you?
