The Legal Team reports directly to our Chief Legal Officer, who is part of the Soundwide Group Executive Team. It consists of legal advisors in Berlin and Boston. We also work with a large global network of external law firms.

**What You'll Do**:

- As in-house counsel, you provide comprehensive legal advice and deal with legal issues relating to the companies of the Soundwide group
- You draft, review and negotiate complex contracts in German and English with our partners and various service providers
- You specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
- You research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
- You communicate and negotiate with management, colleagues and external parties creating relations of trust

**What You'll Bring**:

- You are a fully qualified lawyer or have a comparable qualification within the EU
- You have significant professional experience working as in-house counsel, in-house lawyer, legal counsel in a company, a law firm or comparable
- You can familiarize yourself with complex issues, process them legally and present them in contracts or legal classifications.
- You are interested in the areas of intellectual property, data protection, competition law as well as copyright and media law.
- Your German and English language skills are excellent.
