**Buyer - International Purchasing (w/m/d) in Wesel**:
**About the position**: As Buyer - International Purchasing, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing international suppliers. You ensure cost-efficient, timely procurement while maintaining quality standards and fostering long-term supplier relationships.
**Your tasks**:

- Strategic and operational procurement of medical products
- Independently conducting price negotiations
- Identifying, evaluating and developing new suppliers abroad
- Actively helping to shape and further develop internal purchasing processes
- You will communicate with sales and service providers as well as with national and international suppliers
- Monitoring stock levels and optimising availability
- Supporting the operational and strategic purchasing of products
- Comparing offers and assisting with price negotiations
- Monitoring delivery dates
- Actively participating in the optimisation of purchasing processes

**Your profile**:

- Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with a focus on purchasing
- Experience in purchasing and medical devices
- Strong negotiating skills, assertiveness and communication skills
- Analytical thinking, structured way of working and a high level of personal responsibility
- Willingness to travel for supplier meetings and trade fairs in Germany and abroad
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Experience in Excel and merchandise management system
