**Your tasks**:
With us, you benefit from attractive remuneration and support the team in responsible tasks:

- Active participation in the design of strategic recruiting
- Support and participation in the conception, planning, implementation, and management of complex cross-functional HR (sub-)projects and initiatives in the Global Sourcing & Recruiting Tribe
- Bringing in your creativity in the conception and design of projects and events, e.g., B. Onboarding event, graduate program, employer branding
- You support the establishment and expansion of a global recruiting community
- Conception and implementation of internal and external communication and marketing measures, e.g., B. intranet articles & social media posts
- Creation of analyses and reports on recruiting data and KPIs and target group-specific communication (e.g., tribe lead, project sponsors), including the creation of management presentations

**Your Profile**:
You are studying economics or humanities, ideally with a focus on human resources, marketing, or a comparable course of study, or you are taking a gap year, for example. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

- You have a high affinity for HR topics, especially sourcing & recruiting, as well as marketing and communication topics
- First professional experiences, e.g., B. through previous internships in marketing & HR area
- You work in a structured manner and have a high level of organizational skills
- You enjoy taking on responsibility and have a reliable and forward-looking way of working
- You are open, sociable, and have strong communication skills, and have expertise in writing newsletters and press releases
- You have experience in operational recruiting and know how to create target group-specific surveys
- You are confident in using LinkedIn Analytics, you are confident in using MS Office and you have excellent English skills

**A plus, not a must**:

- You have already gained initial experience in agile project management & Scrum
