Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning

The HelloFresh Group now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, Factor, and Youfoodz. **The role**: As Director, Supply Chain Planning & Operations, you'll be responsible for functionally leading our Supply Chain Planning & Operations organization across 17+ multi-site markets globally. You will develop and implement strategies which ensure that procurement operations teams are operating sustainably in line with the objectives of the business to add value, mitigate supply risk and deliver cost savings while delivering on key KPIs such as OTIFIQ. In this role you will report into the VP, Procurement & Supply Chain Management. Above all, we are looking for people who will **make HelloFresh** **better.** We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. **What you'll do**: - Functionally lead the international Supply Chain Planning & Operations organization in a matrix organization across 17+ multi-site markets globally - Responsible for the strategic realignment of our Supply Chain Planning & Operations organization in close cooperation with local market leaders in order to sustainably improve and modernize the supply chain - Accountable to improve our service KPIs (e.g. OTIFIQ, Inventory Level), lead process reviews at our distributions centers and our suppliers and hold accountable for meeting HelloFresh specifications Establishing an effective forecasting and supply chain planning concept - Implementing standardized supply chain processes, concepts and SOPs using software solutions - Develop modern supply chain controlling and introduce department-specific OKRs and metrics to measure and enhance efficiency and performance - Benchmark, best practice exchange, standardization and continuous improvement of procurement operations and supply chain processes to optimize our supply chain, inventory and mitigate supply risk - Lead and consolidate supply volumes across our markets into our 3rd Party Central Warehouse in Hamburg - Lead operative buyers for our 3rd Party Central Warehouse in Hamburg - Drive consolidation of administrative tasks into our shared service center HelloConnect - Improve systems and tools that will help our operations teams to deliver higher process efficiency - Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve an array of other complex business problems, using analytics and business judgment - Develop strong talent across global markets **What you'll bring**: - An exceptional academic record with degree from top tier college or University (Engineering or Business degrees with a focus on procurement and supply chain management preferred) - 10+ years of professional / leadership experience in the area of procurement operations, supply chain management, forecasting, supply planning, continuous improvement - Progressive strategic leadership mindset combined with experience in leading in a matrix organization - Exemplary and demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groups - Strong experience in development and implementation of strategies and processes in order to sustainably optimize a material value chain.
