**The Role**

Flowbird Deutschland GmbH is seeking an experienced and driven **Tender Manager** to oversee the end-to-end management of hardware tender processes ranging from €100k to €5m. This strategic role is essential to driving business growth and ensuring the timely and successful submission of competitive bids.

As Tender Manager, you will lead a dedicated presales team, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical departments. You will be responsible for crafting compelling technical offers that clearly articulate the value of Flowbird's hardware solutions, ensuring our proposals stand out in a competitive marketplace.

This position reports directly to the Managing Director for Germany and is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering results through structured project and people management.

**You will contribute & make an impact through**:

- Manage tender processes from qualification to submission, focusing on opportunities with a value between €100k and €5m.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2 presales resources.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams, leveraging specific expertise in hardware tenders.
- Possess strong project management skills to ensure successful tender execution.
- Demonstrate significant experience in technical offer writing, clearly articulating the value proposition and technical specifications of Flowbird solutions.
- Report directly to the Managing Director for Germany.

**Your background**
- Proven experience in managing complex tenders, specifically for hardware solutions.
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing presales team members.
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear and concise proposals.

This role is based in Germany, preferably Berlin.
