Die Audi Events und Services GmbH ist ein junges Tochterunternehmen der Audi Immobilien Verwaltung

GmbH. Dabei ist die „AES“ vorwiegend in den Bereichen Facility
- sowie Lohn
- und Finanzbuchhaltungs
- Dienstleistungen und im Eventmanagement tätig. Wir betreuen und verwalten Immobilien von Audi

Konzerngesellschaften in sämtlichen Bereichen des Facilitymanagements. Außerdem sind wir für die

Personaldisposition und operative Umsetzung sämtlicher Veranstaltungen im Rahmen der Audi driving

experience zuständig. Neben dem Audi Sportpark in Ingolstadt besitzen wir noch weitere eigene Gebäude, für

die wir ebenfalls im Bereich der Betreuung und Verwaltung verantwortlich sind. Darüber hinaus koordinieren

wir Veranstaltungen aller Art, in unterschiedlichen Locations und in den verschiedensten Größen. An unserem

Standort in Ingolstadt befinden wir uns in einem dynamischen Umfeld und wollen daher unsere

Geschäftsbereiche weiter ausbauen.

Ihr Arbeitsumfeld

Das Accounting im Audi Konzern bietet vielschichtige Herausforderungen. Die Aufgabenschwerpunkte der

Abteilung Financial Statements / Accounting haben sich in den vergangenen Jahren weiterentwickelt und

umfassen nicht nur die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS und HGB-Regeln.

Vielmehr diskutieren wir Ergebnisfaktoren mit allen Fachbereichen, analysieren finanzielle Wirkungen neuer

Geschäftsmodelle, optimieren bzw. modifizieren Finanzprozesse und bereiten Fachinformationen

zielgruppenadäquat für diverse Stakeholder auf. Daneben übernehmen wir zunehmend Verantwortung in

strategischen Unternehmensprojekten, wie beispielsweise dem ESG Management. Staubige Buchhaltung war

gestern, dynamisches Nowcasting, New Business Architecture und ESG Performance Measurement ist heute.

Ärmelschoner brauchen wir nicht mehr, die krempeln wir zurück.

Ihre Aufgaben

Interdisziplinäre Projektarbeit und eigeninitiative Prozessoptimierung

Mitwirken bei der Modifikation von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufe

Mitarbeit bei der Abschlusserstellung nach IFRS- und HGB-Grundsätzen

Zielgruppenadäquate Aufbereitung von Bilanzierungsthemen

Das bringen Sie mit

Sie haben ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik erfolgreich

abgeschlossen

Sie sind vertraut mit IFRS- wie HGB-Grundlagen und haben ein Verständnis für bilanzielle und finanzielle

Zusammenhänge

Sie begeistern sich für innovative Geschäftsmodelle und ESG Management

Idealerweise konnten Sie bereits erste Projekterfahrungen und SAP Kenntnisse sammeln

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung rundet Ihr Profil ab
