**What part will you play?**

In this position you will act as a lead product owner and as a founding member for the core team within an internal startup.
- You will play a key role in establishing, refining, and articulating the product’s value proposition
- You will be running the product from inception to launch, defining the product vision, as well as gathering and prioritizing requirements
- You work closely with our clients but also with our Engineers to deliver an outstanding product
- As a key player, you will work in close collaboration with the other founding members in crafting the team’s goals and strategy, you will have shared ownership on your success
- Mentoring and giving guidelines to colleagues within the team is another goal of yours

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- Bachelor or Master Degree in computer science or in similar technical field
- 5 years' of practical experience as a product manager or product owner
- Experience with Cloud/SaaS- solutions
- An extraordinary passion for working with customers to understand their challenges, pains, gains and opportunities.
- Ability to synthesize insights and data coming from these customer interactions, experiments, prototyping, market research, and other sources, to make the right product decisions and best product-market-fit
- Validated experience in building business models, in validating the business potential and in defining growth mechanisms to guarantee product-market fit
- Understanding of Cloud, SaaS, IOT, IT & OT technologies and how they fit together
- Strategic thinking and innovative mindset
- Excellent people and team working skills
- Initiative and can-do approach to realize things even when faced with challenges
