We're looking for a **Customer Experience Content Writer (M/F/d)** for the production, management and maintenance of our customer-facing content. You’ll be part of our highly diverse Customer Experience (CX) team and will ensure that our content offers a seamless, convenient and empowering experience for all our customers.
**Your daily tasks will involve**:
- Researching, writing and editing customer-facing support content such as Help Center articles, saved replies, and internal training material in English (German is a plus)
- Working with different stakeholders such as technical teams, product managers and customer support agents to understand product and documentation needs
- Analysing tado° customer’s behaviour and needs to identify content gaps and opportunities
- Maintaining and enhancing existing technical content
- Planning and delivering feedback and training about customer-oriented writing to our writers and customer support agents
- Contributions to team strategic and operational planning
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary qualification in English/communication/linguisticsor similar or 2 years+ experience in content writing, particularly in a technical field
- Writing, editing and proofreading skills in English (German &/or other European languages is a plus)
- Ability to understand and simplify complex technical information
- Team working skills with a user-focused approach to content
- Problem-solving skills, ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly, under pressure is essential.
