We’re looking for a proactive, driven new colleague as Team Assistant to join us on our adventure in Berlin. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, working alongside colleagues from all over the world.

**You will support both, the Construction/Project Management and the Asset Management team.**

**What you’ll do**
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative assistance to both, the Construction and Asset Management team.
- **Project Management**: You organize projects regarding tender, commissioning and projects as well as tracking payments.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Support the team in the direct contact with leads for vacant units in Salesforce
- **Contract and Order Preparation**: Support the preparation of contracts and purchase orders as needed.
- **Document Management**: Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records for both departments such as construction contracts or lease agreements.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for team members. You’ll stay on top of what’s happening.
- **Reporting**: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- **Collaboration**: Work with team assistants from other German offices to align our way of working and share knowledge to learn from each other.
- **Office Management**: Assisting supervisors and employees with administrative tasks such as telephony, reception, mail handling; Ordering office supplies and monitoring the maintenance of office machines

**What you’ll bring**
- Knowledge or experience in technical, secretarial, lease administration, property management, or other related disciplines. Although not essential, a real estate background is a plus.
- You’re a hands-on self-starter who works confidently and independently, and you also collaborate well with others.
- A high degree of organizational awareness. You know what it takes to get things done. Nothing stays on your to-do list for long.
- Your technology skills. Strong preference for experience with Yardi Voyager, Salesforce and / or DocuSign. You’re also competent with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Language skills. This role requires you to be fluent in German and have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written
- Being able to think three steps ahead. You can link different activities and understand how they influence and are dependent on one another
- Your positive, proactive, can-do attitude and problem-solving skills. You create order in a hectic and dynamic environment. Keeping things running smoothly not only comes naturally to you, but you also know how to have fun doing it
