Einleitung

To strengthen our architecture team, we are looking for a System Architect (M/F/x) as soon as possible who would like to shape the future of game server hosting together with us.

Your mission

You will shape the future of Nitrado's infrastructure together with architects from other disciplines.
You make informed technology decisions based on business requirements to meet quality and functionality criteria.
You advise different teams regarding their projects and lead small project teams yourself, in which you participate in a hands-on manner.
Through measures such as load testing and continuous monitoring, you will ensure that the quality requirements placed on our systems are met and take appropriate countermeasures if these goals are at risk of being missed.
Together with your colleagues, you will develop best practices for infrastructure issues and help to establish them throughout the company.

**Profile**:
You bring 4-5 years of professional experience in operating large, distributed production systems.
You have very good knowledge of networking and container technologies.
You are able to design systems from scratch as well as iteratively make improvements to existing systems.
You specialize in running infrastructure systems yourself rather than relying on SaaS solutions.
You are able to make others understand and comprehend your technology decisions, and incorporate the expertise of your colleagues into your decision-making process.
You are a team player with a strong focus on mutual success.
You have good communication skills in German and English, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
You are able to iteratively guide the implementation of architectures and both support and advise during implementation.
You make prudent decisions and are able to continuously evaluate and simplify architectures.
