Die AMO GmbH ist ein Forschungsinstitut auf dem Gebiet der Nanotechnologie.
Unsere Mission: Wir betreiben wissenschaftliche Forschung in den Bereichen Mikroelektronik, Photonik, Sensorik, Diagnostik, Energie und Umwelt und setzen damit technologische Impulse für die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung. **Aufgaben**:
- Vorantreiben der Digitalisierung, Optimierung bestehender Personalprozesse und Mitarbeit an Projekten zur ständigen Weiterentwicklung des HR-Bereichs
- Verantwortung für eine Mitarbeiterin
- Betreuung, Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Angelegenheiten
- Erstellung von Verträgen, Zeugnissen und Bescheinigungen
- Organisation des administrativen Bereichs des Bewerbermanagements
- Kontakt zur externen Lohn
- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
**Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich, TV-L Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke und interkulturelle Kompetenz; verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Hands-On-Mentalität mit einem hohen Maß an Serviceorientiertheit und Eigeninitiative
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem Office-Paket
