**Aktuell suchen wir für unser spannendes Projekt eine(n) Inhouse Supporter Public Experts (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**
**#Annehmen und Bearbeiten von Aufträgen sowie das Prüfen im Bereich Endgeräte
- und Arbeitsplatzinfrastrukturen**

**#Enges Betreuen des Kunden, von der Auftragsklärung bis zur erfolgreichen Erledigung des Auftrages**

**#Finden und Erarbeiten von Lösungen bei aufkommenden Problemen**

**#Durchführen des Reklamationsmanagements**

**#Koordinieren von Aufträgen in den Bereichen Clients und Software**

**Ihr Profil**:
**#Deutsch (C1) in Wort und Schrift und Englischkenntnisse**

**#Berufserfahrung innerhalb der letzten 5 Jahre**

**#Idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich Endgerätebetrieb und Infrastrukturen**

**#Wünschenswert: Gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office Anwendungen und dem Ticketsystem Remedy (oder vergleichbare Tools)**
