BSI Merch in Berlin is looking for a dedicated and motivated Production Assistant to join our growing team. Based in London and Berlin BSI Merch provides online retail and merchandise solutions for clients all over the world, the UK company has been in business for over 30 years

Key responsibilities:

- Assist and support the Production department in the day-to-day running of the business
- Assist with researching, troubleshooting, organising and documenting meetings
- Liasing with print partners, external clients and internal departments on production projects
- Requesting quotes and managing jobs from fruition to completion alongside the Production Manager
- To ensure production and delivery deadlines are met in timely manner
- Producing POs, order confirmations, delivery notes and prepping invoices
- General office management

You are/bring:

- Efficient, well-structured and organized
- A problem solver with strong communication skills and an eye for detail
- Good time management and the ability to complete tasks on a priority basis
- Hands-on-approach
- Ability to deal with different departments and a range of clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, analytics tools and general logistics
- Previous experience as an assistant
- Fluent in German and English
- Open and willing to learn and grow with us
- A general understanding of the (live) music industry and/or merchandise/clothing is a plus
