**About the Job**:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Marketing Acquisition Lead for one of our portfolio companies. You will help bring the company's vision to life and drive growth within the marketing team.

In your daily work, you focus on ensuring marketing practices, such as managing landing pages and generating leads, and make a valuable contribution to a wide variety of exciting projects.

Become part of our portfolio company: A German FinTech operation that focuses on opening up investment opportunities that were previously only reserved for wealthy investors. Via the online platform, clients can keep an eye on their individually assembled portfolios and benefit from various asset and wealth management services.

**In this role, you'll**:

- Have control of landing pages
- Look to successful acquire new customers by generating leads through stand-out webpages and other marketing measures
- Improving the customer lifecycle and digital onboarding
- Working closely with the sales team to establish best practices for supporting interested customers
- Mentoring and leading your team

**Your Profile**:

- At least 5 years of experience in digital as well as growth, acquisition and/or performance marketing
- A strong understanding of the structure and content of landing pages and how to control them
- Understanding the complete customer lifecycle, including various sales processes after customer generation
- Experience in leading and collaborating with your team
- Responsible, reliable and proactive mindset
- Fluent in German and English
- Successfully completed university degree or training in the field of digital marketing or comparable qualification

Please note that we are looking for support in the **Berlin office** of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
