Job Purpose:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team and support our HR operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing employee documentation, including scanning and archiving personal files, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with general HR administrative tasks. You’ll play a key part in the digitalization of our archive.

Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**

As an HR Intern, you will play an important role in our digitalization efforts for our HR records:

- Preparing, sorting and scanning physical personnel files
- Indexing and securely storing digital documents in our HR systems
- Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and GDPR compliance during the process
- Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks as needed

**Skills & Experience**
- Structured and detail-oriented working style
- Self-driven and highly reliable as you will be managed remotely
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data
- Strong organizational skills and willingness to work hands-on
- Comfortable with MS Office
