**Position Overview**

As a Member of the Information Security Project Management Office (PMO), you will contribute to our cybersecurity programs working directly with our consultants and our clients.
You should possess a basic understanding of cybersecurity operations, GRC, and the evolving threat landscape. You will be planning, initiating, and manage information technology (IT) projects, working closely with technical staff. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Communicate updates and outcomes, prepare project related reports and documentation.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
- Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables.
- Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans.
- Schedule and facilitate meetings related to information technology projects.
- Coordinate activities of project personnel.
- Identify need for initial or supplemental project resources.
- Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
- Perform risk assessments to develop response strategies.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Establish and execute a project communication plan.
- Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
- Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel.
- Negotiate with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Risk management, compliance, internal control systems and process management.
- Critical thinking and planning.
- Strong IT background in cybersecurity and/or networking.
- Experience with audit-related tasks such as the closing of regulatory findings and internal security assessments.
- Able to convey complex IT topics to a variety of audiences and speak in both technical and lay terms.
- Able to change direction according to project requirements.
- Project management software such as Jira, MS Project.
- Business fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong team player attitude.
- Organized and self-motivated.
- Able to work from home or at our client site 5-10% of the time at the client’s discretion.

**Minimum & Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 3 years working in an Information Technology Program Management Office.
- College or Technical degree in Information Technology or equivalent direct work experience.
- Preferred qualifications include project management certifications; PMP, Prince2, IPMA.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in the banking industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 60,000.00€ - 70,000.00€ per year
