**WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU**

Vie Finance is an Investment Company, providing an online trading platform. Our startup officers acquire new customers and present our platform. We owe the success and position of VieFinance to the people who create the atmosphere of our company. Currently we are developing and expanding our team. To our office in Neukölln we are looking for **polish start-up officer.**

**1. What are your main tasks as startup officer**
- making first contact with potential customers who showed interests in our platform
- present the product and explain how the system works
- maintain and develop customer relationships over the phone
- assist clients with all questions regarding our platform

**2. How is it to work with us?**
- your work with us begins with 4 days of paid training
- we guarantee you fully onboarding and give you all the tools you need to grow up with us
- daily schedule from 10am until 7pm
- celebrating time together - regular team building meetings
- morning meetings with other employees in the kitchen full of breakfast snacks
- working in startup atmosphere

**3. What we are offering you**:

- stable employment based on a German employment contract
- remuneration depends on the level of competence and sales results (fixed salary plus high bonus)

**4. What we expect from our startup officers**:

- fluent knowledge of polish
- passion for dealing with customers
- spur into action and willingness to learn
- ability to work well as a part of the team
- knowledge of English (is considered a plus, but not mandatory)
- strong and soft sales skills and be comfortable with internet technology
- living permanently in Berlin
