As the Head of UX and Design at ImmobilienScout24, you will be at the forefront of shaping the user experience and design direction for our products. Leading a team of 25+ designers and researchers, including three team leads, you will play a pivotal role in driving consistency, innovation, and excellence in our UX and design practices. **How your role will look like**: - Drive consistency in the UX and design experience across the entire ImmobilienScout product portfolio. - Establish and manage design standards and best practices to ensure a cohesive user experience. - Inspire design quality and best practices within your leadership group and design teams. - Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Manage the functional budget for UX design and research at ImmobilienScout. - Allocate resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations. - Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to prioritize, plan, and staff product roadmaps. - Ensure alignment between UX and design initiatives and broader organizational goals. **What you need to succeed**: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in UX and design, with a proven track record of leading design teams. - Previous experience in a leadership role overseeing multiple teams and collaborating with cross-functional departments. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team of designers and researchers. - Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic visions for UX and design, contributing to t
