**ABOUT THE TEAM**

As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will take ownership of the administration and optimization of our Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, with a strong focus on **Entra ID**, **Intune**, **Exchange Online**, and **Microsoft Teams**. You will also contribute to automation initiatives and support the secure operation of our Windows-based systems.

**What your work will look like**:

- Administering and optimizing **Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)**, including conditional access, identity protection, and governance.
- Managing **Intune** for device compliance, configuration profiles, app deployment, and conditional access.
- Administering and troubleshooting **Exchange Online**, **Microsoft Teams**, **SharePoint Online**, and related M365 services.
- Supporting **Azure and Windows Server environments**, including patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Implementing and maintaining security standards using **Microsoft Defender** and related tools.
- Developing and maintaining automation scripts and infrastructure-as-code (PowerShell, Terraform).

**What you need to be successful in this role**:

- ** Expert-level experience** with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
- ** Strong experience** in: Azure administration, Windows Server administration, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Office 365
- ** Good to have**:Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure, automation skills with PowerShell and/or Terraform, experience administering macOS in an enterprise environment
- Excellent documentation skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong security awareness.

- The interview process includes: a 30min intro call with a TA Partner, 90-min technical interview with the team, 120 min on-site meeting with your potential manager (including a case study) and a 30-min stakeholder interview (optional).
