Assists with the smooth and efficient service of the Bar Operation to ensure that the Bar operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
- Execute exemplary customer service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by assisting the customer and ensuring their satisfaction before and during their experience within the F&B outlet.
- Serve the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a continuing relationship and loyalty to the brand.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels; effectively respond to and handle guest problems and complaints.
- Assist to ensure that the outlet is operated in line with maximising profit while delivering on the brand promise.
- Take food and beverage orders, accurately post in the Micros system and serve in a timely manner following Rosewood standards and Guidelines
- Set and maintain tables in the assigned section according to Rosewood standards and guest expectations
- Ensures all beverage stocks are kept in the proper storage under the appropriate
- Accommodate special requests from guests and ensure the relevant people are aware particularly with allergies
- Operate the micros and SevenRooms system effectively
- Present the bill and take payments
- Ensure that service areas both front and back of house are clean and tidy at all times, meeting the brand standard guidelines.

Rosewood Munich to Open in Autumn 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
