Der/die HR-Praktikant/in oder Werkstudent/in beteiligt sich aktiv an allen HR-Aktivitäten, insbesondere in den Bereichen Verwaltung, Gehaltsabrechnung, Projekt
- und Talentmanagement.

Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei allen administrativen Tätigkeiten
- Unterstützung bei allen administrativen Angelegenheiten wie Arbeitsverträgen, Mitarbeiterdaten, etc.
- Koordinierung der externen Gehaltsabrechnung
- Erstellung von Statistiken und Berichten
- Unterstützung bei Aufgaben im Bereich Talentmanagement und -entwicklung
- Unter Anleitung Durchführung von Projekten in allen HR-Funktionen nach Bedarf.

Qualifikation
- Hochschulstudium im Bereich Personalwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Nachgewiesene Leidenschaft für den Peronalbereich
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft Suite und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Technologien einzuarbeiten
- Eine positive und professionelle Einstellung
- Fähigkeit, bei mehreren Funktionen und Aufgaben Prioritäten zu setzen, die Arbeitszeit mit mínimaler Anleitung effizient zu verwalten und in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, im Umgang mit vertraulichen und sensiblen Informationen diskret und diplomatisch vorzugehen
- Detailorientiert, mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikations-, Organisations
- und Verwaltungsfähigkeiten sowie nachweislich hervorragende Dienstleitungsorientierung im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Die fließende Beherrschung der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift ist erforderlich.
