**Aufgaben**:

- Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei der laufenden Bearbeitung diverser Aufgabenstellungen und Projekte im Bereich Legal und Compliance
- Unterstützung beim Corporate Housekeeping
- Pflege von Datenbanken und Monitoring Tools
- Administrative Tätigkeiten, Terminvereinbarungen u.ä.

**Profil**:

- Studium mit rechtswissenschaftlichem oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Bezug
- Interesse am Kapitalmarkt und damit zusammenhängenden Compliance Themen sowie an wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Programmen (insb. Word und PowerPoint) sowie sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine durch wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln geprägte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist, hohe Eigenverantwortung, Lernbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
