- Lead and oversee developers through the product design, planning, development implementation, and product/system test.

- Refine our architecture, drive technical topics and share knowledge across the tech organisation.

**DEINE ERFAHRUNG & PERSÖNLICHKEIT**:

- You have proven technical leadership, ideally 1+ years
- You are enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about TypeScript.
- You have extensive practical knowledge on event driven architectecture and AWS services
- Ideally, you have relevant experience with React best-practices development.
- You are familiar with basic Agile concepts and methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Scrum).
- You have good coaching and mentoring skills
- Relevant experience with more of our tech stack (Kafka, AWS, Google Cloud, Docker) and tools (GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams).
