**Your Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Marketing/Design Team in Berlin on a full-time basis /40 hour a week starting as soon as possible.

**The opportunity**:
**Key Activities & Responsibilities**:
Brand Development:

- Create and maintain online and offline brand materials for all institutions within the GGG portfolio.
- Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.

Collateral & Merchandise Design:

- Design and produce marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, and promotional merchandise.

Digital Design:
Event & Campus Design:

- Design and coordinate visual elements for university events, including signage for new campus openings.
- Collaborate with suppliers to produce high-quality materials on time.

Supplier Management:

- Manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective production of all materials.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio of relevant work examples.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven project management skills reflecting the ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Innovation and Creativity: A strong ability to think outside the box and develop creative solutions that align with the university's brand identity.
- Show flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and feedback from various stakeholders, often in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven technical proficiency: Experience with the latest design tools and software beyond the Adobe Creative Suite, such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision, for collaborative design work.
