Location: Düsseldorf, Germany (Hybrid)

**THE COMPANY**
Consulting company in Düsseldorf is looking for a talented Development Lead Business Intelligence to join their team. As a Development Lead Business Intelligence, you will be responsible for keeping track of the technical and functional requirements in the project and coordinating the conception, realization, and introduction of innovative BI solutions. We are looking for someone who is passionate about data and committed to being a team player.
**THE** **ROLE**
- Take over the technical project management over the entire project life cycle and the role as a problem solver in critical situations
- Advise customers on all business intelligence topics and independently plan and implement sophisticated BI solutions
- Manage the collaboration with the people involved in the project (internal and external) and be the first point of contact for the customer
- Lead a cross-functional team at our customer
- Ensure the quality of the solutions and coach your teammates
- Share and expand your knowledge in the internal Dev-Lead network
- Conduct workshops and proof of concepts
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Information technology training (university degree, vocational training, or comparable knowledge from practice)
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in the business intelligence environment
- Professional management experience of project teams
- Experience in requirements and expectation management
- Passionate about data platforms and architectures
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Ability to stay calm even in demanding project situations
- Strong communication skills and the power of persuasion
- Fluent in both German and English
