We are looking for an experienced Certification Specialist to help us shape our products and break into new markets.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Conducting the certification of our current and future products for various markets
- Investigating and understanding existing standards (i.e. IEC 61851 series, EN 62752, IEC 62196, IEC 62955, IEC 62052 series)
- Researching new standards and country-specific requirements
- Organising and driving certification campaigns with external laboratories and notified bodies (including witnessing)
- Driving certification also internally in relation to development, product management and the overall organisation to achieve challenging certification goals
- Draw up test reports and documentation including analysis of data and results
- Identifying and mitigating certification risk

**It would be great if you have**:

- 3+ years experience in certification of electronic products
- Expertise in the relevant standards and bodies (IEC,)
- Experience with external test laboratories such as TÜV
- Knowledge of electrical engineering and product development processes
- Intelligent and efficient translation of standards into product requirements
- High level of reliability, precision and structured approach to work as well as responsibility to achieve objectives
- Great attention to detail and capable of producing documents to a high standard
- Ability to take ownership and drive people around you towards a goal
- Ability to explain complex topics simply
- Experience with EMC, LVD and RED directives and associated standards
- Fluent in English at C1-Level

**It would be even better if you have**:

- Experience with MID and WELMEC directives and associated standards
- Experience in the field of EV charging solutions
- Intermediate or fluent in German
