Your tasks

As a UX/UI Designer, you are a hands-on designer who will develop best-in-class digital customer experiences and will shape the future of online discount retailing. You are a customer-focused, detail-obsessed creative who has successfully designed and delivered experiences at broad scale. You’re able to think big and stay connected to the details. You are a tireless advocate for design excellence with an ability to build bridges and collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
- Develop and contribute to wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Be responsible for contributing to, developing, and iterating on concepts for omnichannel design experiences in a fast-paced team environment
- Participate in and contribute to the planning process for new features and projects
- Refine your designs by considering live customer data, market research, and usability studies
- Support in the development and evaluation of personas, user stories, and usability studies

**Profile**:

- 4+ years of job experience in UX/UI Design
- Strong knowledge of design systems and interaction patterns
- Extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative UX analysis, you care deeply about grounding your decisions in data
- English: minimum B2, analytical and creative thinking, agile working, high degree of proactivity
- Be self-motivated, have a can-do attitude, be comfortable with ambiguity and agility, able to cope with change, and collaborate across multiple workgroups to take ideas to action with a pragmatic, positive mindset
- Excellent empathy and problem solving skills to quickly understand challenges our customers & countries face and develop solutions
- Good people understanding, communication and facilitation skills to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization
