**WAS MACHT EIN Operational Key Account Specialist LUFTFRACHT PHARMA EXPORT?**
- Implementierung Neugeschäft und neuer Prozesse von Bestandskunden
- Überwachung und Erstellung von Kunden SOP und deren Implementierung
- Betreuung von Key und Global Accounts
- Beschwerde
- und Claimsmanagement
- Vorbereitung von strategischen Kundenmeetings
- Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
- Mitwirkung bei Produktentwicklungen
- Angebotserstellung und Ausarbeitung verschiedener Optionen im Bereich Import und Export, Road, Cross-Dock Aktivitäten, Value Added Services

**MUST HAVE**
