**Your task**: For talents with an entrepreneurial mindset and the courage to shape the future, the "Start up" trainee program offers 18 months of space to learn and develop. We provide you with a wide range of insights into our organization and the opportunity to step out of your comfort zone and explore new topics to reach your full potential. We will support you with a broad network. - **Expand Your Network and Experience the Trainee Community** Fridays are reserved for the “Magenta Friday". All trainees come together to work on strategic, innovative growth topics outside of their own project assignments. Trainees work in different teams where they organize events, foster their development, or contribute to social initiatives. - **Go International** A leading digital telecommunications company without international experience? Never One of your (three-month) assignments will be abroad. You decide which country and city. - **Understand Our Business** Take the opportunity to get to know Deutsche Telekom’s operational business. During our "Service DaysService Days", such as a day in customer service, a visit to a T-Shop, or a stop at one of our service centers. You’ll gain direct insights into how we turn customers into fans every day. - **Choose Your Start Date** Every quarter, there is the opportunity to start the program. Simply discuss with your contact person which date suits you best. **Your Profile**: You have successfully completed a master's degree in IT or engineering with a focus on finance topics, or a degree in economics or business administration with a focus on data science and analytics. Your personality captivates with enthusiasm for a finance mindset and analytical way of thinking, innovation, curiosity and the courage to question the status quo. Also, it is easy for you to capture business needs and familiarize yourself with new topics and methodologies. You also fulfill the following requirements: - **Passion for Finance**: Genuine interest in finance topics as well as digital transformation in the finance area. You have a profound understanding of basic financial processes and Controlling procedures of an international company. - **Data Science and Machine Learning**: Theoretical and practical experience with times series forecasting and/or Natural Language Processing in Python. Good statistical understanding and knowledge of some state-of-the-art Machine Learning Algorithms. - **Work Experience**: You have accumulated at least six months of relevant internships - preferably in Agile Working environments. - **Intercultural Competence**: Our Start up community thrives on its international diversity. Therefore, strong intercultural skills should be part of your DNA.
