KG You support our team as TEAM ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - You handle administrative tasks for the HR Business Partner team, including office organization (e.g., mail processing, office supplies management, and document administration) - You are responsible for invoice verification and processing, managing and tracking document returns, and creating purchase requests - You take care of international employees and guests - You prepare presentations, evaluations, and reports (e.g., tables and charts for data analysis) - You assist with travel planning and expense reporting, meeting organization, visitor support, and catering arrangements - You support HR tasks and take on HR projects (e.g., digitalization) **Qualifications**: - You have successfully completed your commercial training and have already gained relevant professional experience in a comparable position - You are proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and are open to new technologies, social media, and innovative tools (e.g., AI) - Your excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, ensure smooth communication - A high level of empathy and sense of responsibility distinguish you - A meticulous, independent working style and absolute trustworthiness are a given for you - Team spirit, flexibility, and strong loyalty complete your profile The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
