**Senior Sales Controller (f/m/d)**:
**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for a **Senior Sales Controller (f/m/d) **in **full-time **and **regular contract. **The position could be based at any Essity site in Germany, Austria or the Netherlands, **preferably located at a German Essity location **.

In this position you will be responsible for monthly closing, reporting and forecasting of our business in at least 3 countries (Germany, Austria, Netherlands) and act as a business partner for our newly created **Consumer Tissue Private Label sales organization **. In addition, you will support in European consolidation and reporting tasks.

As Senior Sales Controller (f/m/d) you will be responsible for analyzing and controlling the financial performance of a Business unit usually within a cluster of countries. The role is challenging corrective actions to improve performance on country level. You will be responsible for the execution of financial controls including all aspects of profit center accounting, revenue and cost control, financial systems and procedures in adherence with prescribed corporate policies and BU guidelines.

***What You Will Do**:

- Support the Country Private Label Sales leadership teams as a business partner
- Analyze respective cost centers
- Conduct monthly closing and provide financial reporting and analyzes
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual Balance Sheets, P&L’s and Cash Flow statements in accordance with local GAAP and IAS and close collaboration with general ledger accounting
- Be key contact for internal and external auditors
- Lead the forecast, both short term and long term
- Be consultant and sparring partner regarding all financial issues
- Conduct gap analysis and support strategic development

**Who You Are**:

- University degree in economics or equivalent
- minimum 3 years relevant controlling experience within Sales environment, preferably in an international and / or matrix organizations
- Eagerness to challenge the status quo
- High level of self-organization, prioritisation and commitment
- Communication skills: fluent English language skills are mandatory
- Good knowledge in German language is beneficial
- Capacity to communicate to different stakeholders
- Technical skills: advanced SAP and Excel skills, experience in Essity systems Aaro & Galileo are beneficial
- Ability to get results in a matrix organization and collaborate in teams
- Ability to travel
