**Gebiet**: Westliches Niedersachen & Nordwesten (PLZ-Gebiete: 21-28, 33, 48, 49)

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich**:
- Aktive Betreuung von bestehenden **Milwaukee**Fachhändlern und Aufschaltung neuer Fachhandelspartner durch erstklassige Betreuung
- Überzeugen Sie Menschen auf Firmenveranstaltungen, Messen, Ausstellungen auch persönlich von **Milwaukee**:
- Kombinieren Sie Ihre Vertriebs-Skills mit Wissen aus dem Bereich der Persönlichen Schutzausrüstung und wecken in Menschen die Leidenschaft für **Milwaukee**:
- **Betreuen und Akquirieren**Sie selbständig **neue Kundschaft**durch gezielte Analysen von Umsatzpotenzialen, Marktrecherchen und die Priorisierung von Terminen
- **Dokumentieren**Sie Ihre Arbeit in einem **CRM-Tool**und planen Sie bei Terminen direkt die nächsten Schritte
- Erstellen Sie **Reportings**über Ihre **Aktivitäten**und teilen Sie **Erfolge**und **Best Practices**intern
- In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem **Endkunden-Vertriebsteam**realisieren Sie auch Projekte in diesem Bereich
**Ihr Profil**:
- **Fundierte Berufserfahrung**im **Vertrieb**ist essenziell
- **Ein**gutes Verständnis**von Persönlicher Schutzausrüstung und ihrer Anwendung, beispielsweise in der Industrie, im Bau oder auch im Handwerk
- **Sichere Deutschkenntnisse**sind ein Must-Have, gutes Englisch wünschenswert
- **Starke Kommunikations**-, Präsentations-, Verhandlungs
- und Kontaktfähigkeit
- **Hohe Selbstmotivation**, ausgezeichnete Planungs
- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten
- **Hohe Lernbereitschaft**, u.a. Bereitschaft sich neue Produkte und auch technisches Wissen anzueignen
- Hohe **Reisebereitschaft**(ca. 80% Reiseanteil)
- Wohnort zentral im **Vertriebsgebiet**:
- Bereitschaft zu **Wochenendarbeit nach Absprache**(ca. 6 Einsätze im Jahr)
- **Gültige Fahrerlaubnis**der Klasse B
- Idealerweise bringen Sie auch **Markt-Expertise**in Bezug auf den Wettbewerb in dieser Branche mit
