To strengthen our automation team, we are looking for immediate support

As an **Intern (preferred) or a Working Student in Process Automations,** you will support us in optimizing business processes with the help of Low-Code and No-Code tools (e.g. Zapier, Unbounce, Heyflow). You will be responsible for the implementation and management of smart automation solutions and thus contribute significantly to increasing efficiency and productivity in our daily business.

**Your Role in our Team**
- Automating repetitive tasks and digitising business processes & various services with our CRM tool
- You are always looking for creative solutions to existing problems in our prototypes to provide the best user experience to our customers
- Building digital product prototypes with the help of digital tools to test new ideas
- Designing flowcharts to analyse business processes and work out requirements
- Supporting our product department and working closely with the operations team to identify issues and troubleshoot problems

**Your Profile**
- Enrolled at a German university/college in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science with a Minor in Economics, or a similar field of study
- Available at least 15 hours per week as a working student or 40 hours per week as an intern
- You are communicative and open to new topics. Working independently and familiarising yourself with complex issues is easy for you
- You also have some knowledge of Javascript or another programming language such as Python, C or Java. First contact with programming is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in web technologies, especially the functionality of APIs or landing pages are not foreign to you
- First experiences with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive) or automation tools (e.g. Zapier) are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
