Job Mission

As TIbber’s SVP of eCommerce, you are leading our eCommerce efforts. You will own the strategy and delivery of a strong eCom platform, with the aim of becoming the one-stop shop for your smart energy solutions for people to make the most out of their homes. Some of your responsibilities (but not limited to) will include:
Leading the House of eCommerce for the group. You will bring strong leadership skills and oversee all eCommerce activities. You will work in close collaboration with the group's Chief Commerce Officer and your 6 direct reports. This is a global team of more than 20 people so a very strategic as well as hands-on person willing to roll up their sleeves is critical.

eCommerce Platform/store management. You will be helping to develop and scale our eCommerce platform further by supporting the platform and store team with product development for the platform and selling profitable products throughout the store.

Category Management. You will be supporting our category management teams across smart charging, smart heating, and battery/solar, by further developing commercial strategies for each category and helping them to further develop existing and new partnerships.

Supply chain and purchasing. You will support this team with developing strategies for more efficient ordering, warehouse management, fulfilment, and purchasing.

Performance Management. You will help grow, develop, support, engage, and enable your Team Leads. You will help to define strategic objectives and performance achievements for them and their teams.

Process Management. You will be understanding and pick apart our business processes and be able to pinpoint improvements on both processes itself as well as our partnerships, global warehousing, and ordering.

️Ideal Profile

Global-eCommerce experience. Proven experience scaling an eCommerce department in a start-up/scale-up environment ideally in our current markets (Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, and Germany) as well as other European countries. A strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how to manage market differences.

Cultural Fit. Understand that this is both a strategic (leadership) and hands-on role, so ideally have experience in large corporates, scale-ups, and PE/VC-owned businesses with a cash-tight environment/reporting structures. Process-driven. Proven track record when it comes to end-to-end execution and follow-through of processes, being able to identify, establish and improve eCommerce as well as partnership processes to get the maximum efficiency while safeguarding high customer satisfaction.

Operational excellence. You have a process-driven mindset and have achieved operational excellence in a scaling-up company. You are very well-versed in creating impactful strategies for eCommerce platforms, category management, and global warehousing and ordering..

Good communication skills. Fluent or native business English (our company language) and any of our market languages are excellent addition but not essential. (German, Dutch, Swedish, and Norwegian).

Leadership skills. Detail-oriented and high-level, a hands-on leader who is driven to inspire, motivate and empower your team to perform efficiently and effectively.
