Your mission
Your tasks
- You are responsible for the success of the complete portfolio of all Blickfeld Crowd Analytics projects
- You build long-term relationships with our customers and understand their needs
- You drive the definition of customer solutions, both short-term and strategically
- You multiply your methodical (project management, agile development, customer relationship) and technical solution knowledge and enable both the team and the customer
- Whether on the front line of the most challenging customer projects or internal development of the team and the company - you make the difference
**Profile**:
- You have a Master’s degree in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- You have sound practical experience in leading teams (technically and/or disciplinary) and realizing larger customer projects e.g. in the role as technical project manager or product owner
- You are a hands-on and pro-active person, creative problem solver and approach challenges structured and analytical
- You have good knowledge in at least one programming language (preferably in C++ or Python); experience in Git, ROS, basic network infrastructure, Matlab would be a big plus
- You have good methodical skills (project management, agile development)
- You have good knowledge in data analysis
- You have very good communication skills in English and German
