The Operations Graduate Program at Scalable Capital is a great opportunity to start your career in digital finance. It is designed for (post-)graduates and young professionals who want to drive change in finance, while continuously developing their professional skills. The Program at a Glance
- 12 months program
- Start date: 01.10.2025
- Multiple rotations: get to know all parts of our Operations Department, work on real projects and choose your final assignment based on your interests and skills
- Connect with your program buddy, plan your next steps with your mentor and build a network across the organisation
- After one year you will be well equipped to excel in your first off-program job

The Operations Graduate Program offers an accelerating pathway into the dynamic world of Brokerage and Wealth Management. By participating in the Program, you will embark on a unique journey to gain invaluable knowledge and hands-on experience across Scalable Capital’s Operations Department. Through a series of rotations within our teams, you will learn how to build and operate smooth payment and trading processes to be fully equipped for a successful start into your future career in financial markets.

The rotations are covering areas and tasks such as:

- ** Payments**:
Be responsible for daily reconciliation, SEPA payment processing and liquidity management processes
- ** Clearing & Settlement**:
Dive deep into post-trading processes, learn about trade booking and aggregation processes, liquidity requirements and settlement activities
- ** Transfers**:
Monitor security transfers and have the oversight of settlement activities with our external partners
- ** Corporate Actions**:
Support the team in analysing and coordinating different corporate action events to ensure smooth processing of Corporate Actions

**Qualifications**
- You successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent studies
- You previously gained relevant work experience during internships or a job in banking, securities services, brokerage, asset management or equivalent
- You have strong analytical thinking and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making
- You are solution-oriented and think outside the box, while paying attention to detail
- You are proactive, take ownership and have a team-oriented work attitude
- You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
