Lead Photo Creative

**The role**: You will lead a team of creatives, develop photo-first creative concepts and contribute in a conceptual and creative capacity to marketing and advertising campaigns and initiatives across all of our brands. Working in a multi-brand organization, you will leverage your expertise in concept development and visual execution to develop a creative vision for production teams to execute on. At the same time, you will ensure the consistency and quality of our photography through the development and refinement of guardrails and style guides for internal and external photo production. Above all, we are looking for people who will **make HelloFresh** **better.** We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences So even if you don't "tick all the boxes" but think you'd thrive in this role, we would really like to learn more about you. **What you'll do**: - **Lead and inspire** a team of creatives within the HelloFresh Studio on a daily basis - **Working as part of** our Creative Leadership, while guiding your team on creative projects - **Collaborate** with Studio Leadership and Producers on large marketing and lifestyle productions - **Deliver** impactful creative concepts and turn that vision into reality in collaboration with our Photography, Styling and Post-production teams - **Manage **relationships with stakeholders across all of our international markets and in the global organization - **Meet** multiple ambitious deadlines, while relentlessly prioritizing creative projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders - **Maintain** a culture of creativity and efficiency, always supporting and mentoring your team and enabling their development - **Improve** processes and workflows in collaboration with Studio Leadership - **Scale** creative guidance and processes on large volumes of asset production, matching a constantly evolving business and its need - **Champion** and drive continuous creative improvement efforts within the Studio team **What you'll bring**: - You are a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience, ideally part of that in full-service creative agencies, and have at least 2 years of experience managing teams - You are experienced in international organizations and working on-set with photo production teams - You have a solid background in concept development and graphic design. Providing a portfolio is mandatory - You have a deep understanding of digital marketing - You are decisive, assertive but empathetic - You are experienced in bridging the gap between marketing strategy and creative execution, translating business goals into impactful creative solutions - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions - You have a keen eye for detail and are thorough with administrative tasks - You have strong communication skills, especially both spoken and written English - You are an expert user of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
