Some of your Benefits International Opportunities Company Pension Personal Development Safe Environment Sustainability & Social Commitment - Wertheim - Hybrid Work VERMOP GmbH You support our team as SENIOR CONTROLLER PRODUCTION (F/M/D) **Responsibilities**: - Support commercial decisions: You advise plant management and specialist departments on economic issues and keep an eye on operational KPIs. - Analyze results: You compare actual and target values, derive measures, and contribute your findings in meetings. - Prepare reports and forecasts: Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as P&L forecasts are part of your daily business. - Carry out operational planning: Once a year, you coordinate and create the operational planning for the plant. - Ensure compliance: You ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal guidelines. **Qualifications**: - Education and studies: Successfully completed degree in business administration or industrial engineering. - Experience: Solid knowledge of controlling, project controlling, or finance—ideally in a production environment. - Tools: Proficient in Excel, SAP, and MS Word, as well as cost accounting and audit requirements. - Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English. - Strengths: You are characterized by analytical thinking, initiative, teamwork, strong communication skills, and confident negotiation skills.
