**Deine Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Gruppen Battery, Powertrain, E/E Architecture & Board Net, Wiring sowie Infotainment & Connectivity
- Ausrichtung und Professionalisierung der Abteilung (inhaltlich, fachlich, sowie strukturell und prozessual)
- Führung der Teamleiter
- Koordination und technisch inhaltliche Führung von externen Dienstleistern, Entwicklungspartnern und Lieferanten.
- Budgetierung und Personalentwicklung
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Kosten-, Zeit
- und Qualitätsziele
- Sicherstellung/ Überprüfung der Einhaltung der Richtlinien betreffend, Spezifikation, Auslegung, Konstruktion und Datenmanagement
- Sicherstellung der Synchronisation zu den Schnittstellenbereichen wie
- _ Gesamtfahrzeug_
- _ Head of Mechanical Engineering_
- _ Abteilungsleiterebene anderer Bereiche im Operativen Steuerkreis_
- _ Testing und _Homologation etc._
- Identifikation von Entscheidungsbedarfen und Abtreilungsübergreifende Abstimmung
- Reporting und Eskalation an den VP Engineering und in die Gremien

**Dein Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes **technisches Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Automotive**:

- oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, (Fachausbildung mit zusätzlicher relevanter Berufserfahrung von mehr als zehn Jahren)
- Führungserfahrung sowie Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Ein hohes Maß an** Selbständigkeit und Belastbarkeit**:
