Start working in a world brand car parts warehouse. This is a job from Monday to Friday in two shifts between the hours of 06.00-14.00/14.00-22.00.

**OBLIGATIONS**:

- Supervising employees, assigning duties
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficientlyReporting any issues that arise during the shift to management
- Managing employee requests and transgressionsEnsuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
- Coaching team members and training new staff

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Speaking English or German language (level B1/B2)
- Forklift license is a must
- Experience with organizing training programs
- Good PC skills, particularly Microsoft office (Excel)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Confident problem-solver
