Assistant to Managing Director

Your tasks:

- Provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director in daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient operations within the R&D and Operations departments.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal departments, as well as with external partners, to maintain smooth and efficient workflow.
- Participate in project management activities, offering logístical and administrative support to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational processes and policies related to R&D and operations.
- Engage in research activities to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.

Your profile:

- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within R&D or operations departments.
- Basic understanding of technological and R&D processes, with a keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and innovations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
